The Griddle Coffee Shop

The Griddle Coffee Shop. Was located at 4013 East Lancaster Ave. Hours were from 5:30am till 2:00am. Too bad it's gone, I was a hankering for some of them Griddle hot cakes. Once the Griddle was a large chain with their own "Griddle "sauce that came with the Burgers.
