1120 Penn St. The Pollock- Capps House Built in 1998-1999. Was constructed for Dr. Joseph R. Pollock. He was a Homeopathic Physician. In 1910, the house was sold to William Capps. He was an attorney, a real estate developer and a Newspaper Publisher.It is a two Story red brick and limestone Queen Ann style house. The house commands a great view of downtown Fort Worth. It is a City of Fort Worth landmark and is listed on the National Register.

110 Penn Street. The Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House. Built in 1899. Built right after the Polllock-Capps house. This house and the one next door were built in what once was known as Quality Hill. This house is also of the Queen Ann style. As late as the 60’s I can remember Penn St. and Summit Street lined with magnificent huge Homes.
